CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of fixed price services, and 7 days notice of specialty services. If you have any questions regarding which service to book for, please reach out and we would be more than happy to assist you. If the wrong service has been booked, you may be charged the cancellation fee at the time of service. Please fill out all required forms sent via email after booking your appointment. Your appointment request may be denied if forms are not filled out within 48 hours. Any gift cards purchased must be designated to a specific provider and cannot cross services. If you would like to purchase gift cards for both service providers you may do so. If you are purchasing a gift card for lashes, please contact Madi at 763-248-2526 All deposits are non-refundable.
